Documents required for Business accounts

Proof of corporate identity, proof of identification and proof of address

All business clients are required to provide proof of corporate identity, as well as a valid ID and proof of address when registering with Midpoint for the following persons:

• The primary Midpoint account holder
• A director of the business
• All shareholders with 25% or more stake in the business

We accept the following documents as proof of corporate identity:

• assumed name business certificate
• articles of organisation
• certificate/articles of incorporation
• certificate of registration
• assumed name partnership certificate
• IRS tax exempt status s. 501(c)(3)
• trust deed
• partnership registration confirmation
• charities register extract
